Ever since The Great Salt Pond became New Harbor almost 120 years ago, the tranquil waters of this incredible natural estuary have become a sought-after safe haven for mariners coming from near and far. Offering both transient and seasonal dockage, Champlin’s is one of New England’s largest resort marinas featuring 4,700+ linear feet of dock space, a 30′ harbor depth, and spacious docking facilities, allowing us to accommodate vessels up to 250+ ft.

All Champlin’s Marina and Resort guests have full access to all the resort amenities and facilities including our 42-room onsite boutique hotel, waterfront pool, two dockside restaurants, cafe and ice cream parlor, dog park, and more. Your slip includes complimentary Wi-Fi and water, bathhouse and shower facilities. Pump-out is available upon request from the town. All dockage reservations will be processed through Dockwa.

Cancellation Policy

All transient reservations cancelled up to seven days prior to your arrival date will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee of your entire stay.

Reservations that are cancelled in whole or part, within seven days of arrival will forfeit the full deposit. In the event of a small craft weather advisory, you will received a gift card for the full value of your deposit (cancellation fees will be waived).

There is no fee for making changes of equal value/nights for reservations that are outside of seven days of arrival date. Should you choose to shorten your stay or book a lesser valued dates, You will be subject to the 10% cancellation fee for the partial cancellation.

If your preferred dates are unavailable, please add yourselves to the waitlist, as this is the best way to improve your chances of securing a spot as availability opens up.
